Well i ordered my fridge..i get a call on friday saying they've been staring at it for a week. What do we want done with it. Well i told the woman y'all was supposed to call to setup a delivery time. So we setup for monday. Well i told the lady have them call me before they get here so i can empty my freezer so they can remove the old fridge. She said will do..well they didn't call. And they get here and the one guy says i have your waterbed. I said no i didn't order that. And he says its right here on the paper waterbed. Basically telling me I'm wrong and don't know what I'm talking about or ordered. He says look right here it says waterbed..i looked at the paper and told him he needed to learn to read because that says samsung refrigerator. And then I'm told they don't remove old appliances even tho on Friday i was made to think they do. So in other words. This place has no communication and people who apparently can't read. And get rude with you when you start asking questions. So i won't be getting anything...

The lady there must have been mentally challenged. Because she told me to put the address from my Id after I told her that address wasn’t accurate and she said. “Oh now you’re not gonna get it because you lied to me”. Don’t go here to lease stuff. Go to rent a center. Rent a center won’t tell you that you lied to them when you obviously didn’t. Had a horrible experience. They won’t even let you walk out with the item you just leased with your ID AND SOCIAL. Now I’m currently contacting a lawyer for request of information to have my social security number and id information removed from...
