To All Bicyclists Who Read This: Are you a bicycle enthusiast? Is riding bicycles a personal passion of yours, as it is mine? Do you just have a love for riding bicycles? If you said 'yes' to any of these, then Trek Bicycle of Inverness is your best friend. Trust me. Today, i received the message in my computer that i had been so anticipating and looking forward to: The message read 'Hi James! Good news! your bikes have been completed and they are ready to pick up'. The bicycles turned out so beautiful that i could barely keep myself composed. As a fond lover of vintage road bicycles, i bought 3 very unique ones back in 2022, but i had them in their shipping boxes ever since. That was because several times i tried various sources and ways to get them assembled, but each attempt was met with some insurmountable obstacle. Either, any work being able to be done on them was prohibited for some reason, or, i kept getting disheartening discouragement that such vintage road bicycles could never really be reliably restored and renewed. But the very knowledgeable and vastly experienced and skilled team at Trek Bicycle of Inverness could, and did, meet the challenge. And not only were my 3 vintage road bicycles not even a 'challenge' for their amazing competence, but their work far, far greatly exceeded my expectations. Whether we are talking about Demi, who manages the business, or the brilliant bicycle Techs of David and Furman, the entire crew at Trek Bicycle of Inverness are simply masterful at their trades. i'm so very grateful and appreciative of the extraordinary quality, and even real, personal hospitality, that i received from everyone at Trek Bicycle of Inverness. If i could somehow honor them beyond this review, i would. You simply do not find people of this quality many times in Life. And We, fortunately, have them here in our Inverness. Thank you again Demi, David, Furman, and Ezra at Trek Bicycle of Inverness. You restored a deep...

But whoever this is now trek, David world cycle, Electra and whoever they were, and whoever they will be avoid this place like the like the plague and run don’t walk
Just had a customer service rep dangle 10% veteran discount and bait and switch for 10% veteran discount on accessories off of a new bike for my beautiful wife
We spent three hours there testing bikes and getting her all excited and it was a lot of fun
What wasn’t any fun is I applied for the credit that they advertise all over the shop. We just scan the barcode but there’s not really Internet service there and oh shucks trek no have Wi-Fi.
So I rushed to Dunkin’ Donuts and completed the application
They texted me a code. I rushed back.
The rude representative at this point, no like the code . You remember the one who promised the 10% veteran discount off of a bike and then her cohort Ashley backed her up after both my wife and I insisted that she offered 10% and we both heard it.
All you veterans out there I’ve got your six . Trek does not give veterans discounts unless you want some of the cheap trinket accessories they sell that resemble and wear like carnival toys
I know I got a bicycle pump that mounts to my $4800 electric bike that they forgot I bought from them in Ormond Beach because they’re not connected . It fell apart after a couple of months. The rubber on the strap mount she break.
Oh yeah, they lost their entire database and all my purchase history is gone and so are my points so there’s another gimmick and rip off
This location is full of scam artist in particular, and there was a state trooper there inspecting serial numbers on the bikes, so don’t be surprised if they’re hot to the touch
Scam apply don’t ride instead of scan apply ride and where in God’s green earth is the Veterans Discount on the kickstand accessories? I’m too old for this advanced customer...
Read moreI have to tell you, David’s was run much better than these Trek stores. I had never had a high end bike before but had invested in one along with service ($200 a pop) at another location. Somehow the bike got broken so I took it to get fixed where I bought it in the Orlando area…the repair was going to be $300 and the bike was only $800. So I asked for a trade in amount which I got of $146. I explained I had moved hours away and asked if I could get the credit to use at one of the other stores. The gentleman, Ian was his name, called me back and left a message that I would be able to do that. Today, I called about having it mailed to me because I am 2-1/2 hours away from that location. This time, Ian wasn’t there and Brian, the manager said he wouldn’t give a credit at all, that he didn’t want the bike. Naturally I was very upset so I called this location and spoke with Ashley who said she would help me with the situation. But, it turns out, she would only help me if I came into buy another bike TODAY and only give a credit of $120. I felt like I was at a car dealership getting the runaround! I don’t know if this used to be a David’s location, but I can assure you none of this would have happened under his watch. It’s a shame because I run a bike rental business on top of everything and buy quite a lot of bikes. I guess the economy isn’t hurting the bike business so they can treat people like this....
