Customer Service cannot be beat which is saying alot nowadays when you can very rarely even speak to an actual person. Dropped my computer off to Rick who was clearly not feeling well. He told me there were a couple of people ahead of me but he wouldn't keep my computer long. He called me the next day saying the computer was ready. I picked it up and expressed that he really should go home seeing how sick he seemed. When I got the computer home, I had an immediate question and called Rick, He had taken my advice and gone home to get some sleep. But he still called me back!!!! Told me to stop by in the morning which I did. He immediately waited on me and my computer worked great again. The price was very fair and he went over and above what I asked for. He walked me through purchasing the extended warranty with drop protection as I only bought the computer in September. Super nice! He could have easily tried to get me to spend money there but he was honest in telling me I would be better off sending my tower into the company I purchased it from so he wouldn't void my warranty by working on it.
