Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Irving

I have to give our heavenly father the praise that he deserve today. I am so grateful to our Heavenly Father for blessing me to be able to tell my experiences and he blessed me to have my health and strength praise His name today. I'm going to make this one's sweet as it is. Long-time customer back in the days and now into the new days of 20/20 this year. Since I guess I have to keep it 100 with you I can't help myself but to enjoy life to the fullest so I decided to go to Irving Mall check it out since it has been a long time since I have been to this mall. Well since I can't have it my way then I have to go with the flow Lewisville Mall is close at the moment Victoria's Secret at Vista Ridge Mall that's why I usually go to but to at this time that is not available for us to go in shop till we drop I had to go to Irving Mall. I walked in they have sanitizers that you can use at the right hand side I thought that was real neat but you know Victoria's Secret keep it real. It's nothing wrong with the ladies of treating a self every now and then the husband do his part as the king of the castle. I think that the king should do something special for his Queen especially anniversary days, birthdays, Valentine's Day is for the sweeties are we can't say sweetheart. I'll just want to make her smile when you thinking of her. You can't go wrong and Victoria's Secret they just have some sexy things in there for the ladies. Well like I was saying when I went in I put a little sanitize on my hand real good so I started looking around and seeing all the merchandise like I am saying you can't go wrong in Victoria's Secret. They have some new bras for the ladies they are so Dynamite it just don't make no sense at all how these bras looking you cannot go wrong not buying them. I will give them the highest scored that I can give them rightfully they deserve it. The staff is incredible what's a kindness that they having a spirit. Let me tell you something if I make I have never ever seen Victoria's Secret department store out of place meaning everything that they have is so stock and neatly and so well that you cannot walk out with nothing you feel me. They have some new perfume product that you definitely how to check out please don't get upset with me I'm talking to the Kings when you're Queen come home with perfume that they went and bought and try to hide it under the bed that they went and spent over the limit. Cuz I know someone have did that before when it had a budget that they supposedly have to go by but they went overboard meaning overspending because when you go and Victoria's Secret new cannot help yourself a buying something out of there. As a customer that likes to go shopping time to time and enjoy life to the fullest deserve it every now and then right. Thank you so much for the time that you allow me to tell my experiences and enjoy shopping when is available for us in the shopping malls that are open at this time for us. When things go back to normal I will be back shopping again at Lewisville Mall at Victoria's Secret. Thank you for making my visit enjoyment and also satisfying me and my family's. I’ve come here a few times after they opened. Manager is extremely friendly, and so are most of the workers. However, I did have a very nasty and unnecessary remark/comment made by the only hispanic employee there. I was in need of assistant and no one came to help me, I went to the front desk where there were two employees “chilling” and I politely asked if the buttons worked in the fitting room. She rudely responded “yeah they work” and I responded “oh, I’ve had mine on red for a while and no one came to help, and it turned back to green, that’s why I was asking” one of the employees immediately apologized while the hispanic employee made a very nasty remark at me saying “ well I didn’t hear it so..” as she rolled her eyes and turns her back toward me. I was disgusted by her attitude and lack of professionalism. I understand we are humans and not robots, but there’s no reason to be nasty. On top of that, everyone is dressed presentable from the manager to the employees with the exception of that hispanic employee. I do hope the manager speaks with her about professionalism at the work place. Maybe she forgot that she was working, and not chilling at a park. I want to share a very disappointing experience my sister and I had at this Victoria’s Secret. While browsing the perfume section, we immediately noticed that we were not greeted or acknowledged like other customers. Instead, we felt watched in a way that came across as racial profiling. At one point, my sister noticed an associate intensely monitoring us through the glass reflection as if we were stealing. My sister even addressed it directly by saying, “Oh, we’re not stealing, love.” At that moment, I felt so uncomfortable and disrespected that I told my sister we should just leave.

I also called the store to report the incident, hoping for accountability or at least a sincere apology. Unfortunately, the manager I spoke with did not seem to take my concern seriously. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of how uncomfortable this made us feel—just a dismissive, cheerful “okay, sounds good” at the end of the call.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and dignity, not suspicion based on race or appearance. This experience has made me very hesitant to shop here again, and I hope the company addresses this kind of behavior with...
