I cannot say enough good things! Not only does the shop have beautiful & unique gifts but the family running it are the NICEST PEOPLE. We were stuck in Isabelle II during a torrential downpour that was flooding the streets and all we had was our little golf cart. We slipped into the store to get a little refuge from the rain, find something to wrap around us, and just get some local info on where we could go and eat to wait out the rain. They not only gave us excellent recommendations for the few restaurants that were open in the area on a Sunday, but one of them walked me through ankle deep water with her umbrella to get to the grocery store across the street so I could buy my own umbrella. These ladies were an absolute lifesaver that day and I want to be sure they know how much they made an impact on our trip. I'm in the states and heard about Luna Loca from a Facebook friend in Vieques. With assistance from Luna Loca, I was able to purchase via their website a tee shirt with a cool image designed by a local artist (really wanted this!) and an additional item of interest and Luna Loca shipped it to me immediately. I just received my package and I'm thrilled. Fast service! Packaging and items completely intact and undamaged. Can't wait to show off my purchases. I'm glad to have had such a courteous and professional interaction with Luna Loca and to have supported local business (and at the same time Vieques Animal Sanctuary) on the island. Highly recommend Luna Loca!

Awesome store but We were treated very nasty by the lady behind the counter yesterday on 7-26-25.. when I went to check out, my order total was $55 and some change. All I had was $100 bill and she told me she could only give me change in increments of five dollars and I said OK that’s fine then she said oh no no my boss will get mad at me if I do that so I tried to pay with my card, but the machine would only take tap and my card doesn’t do that. It’s pretty crazy to have a store that doesn’t take plastic or cash. I felt like my business wasn’t welcome here to begin with because I was an American. She was being very mean to me for no reason I was nice and respectful to her And decided the best thing to do was...
