Olga's Day Spa — Local services in Jackson

!!!DO NOT GO THERE!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! And yes, I'm talking about Olga's Spa in Jackson, Wy!!! Happened a couple of months ago! I went to my scheduled massage and facial and waited there for about 30min without anyone noticing I am there. Finally someone shows up and only said hi to me without even bothering of taking care of my appointment. I asked if someone is going to do the massage and facial for me (40min later) and they were surprised to hear I had it scheduled two weeks prior. They didn't even bother calling their manager or whoever else to figure it out but let me sit there without knowing what is going on. Then I asked if I can speak to the person in charge and they called her cell phone just for me to hear that nobody was coming for my appointment. I asked why nobody called me prior the appointment and she in a rude way said that she just did not have anyone to come because they are sick (made that up at the moment). I asked for a refund at that point and she said she is not giving me money back (it was a gift certificate from my husband to me). So I got rude people talking to me as if it was my fault I was there for my scheduled appointment, no massage or facial and no money back! DO NOT GO THERE!!! ONE STAR IS WAY TOO MUCH, I just didn't have the option to choose zero. What a...

I took my sister to get a massage recently as her Christmas gift. We were asked if we had any issue with a male doing our massages and we said no problem. The massages started off fine but it started to get uncomfortable. I had requested special attention be paid to my legs (they were sore from exercise) but not much time was given. The majority of the second half of the massage was spent on my neck and chest. I had already indicated that I was sensitive about my neck but a lot of time-too much-was spent in that area anyway. There were a couple of times when his hands got unprofessionally close to my breast, and I was relieve when we finished. I have never had a massage where so much time was spent on my neck, on my face, in my hair. I mentioned it to my sister and she said the same exact thing happened. I would say either request Olga or insist that the masseuse does not go near your neck and chest area. There seemed to be way too...

Visited Olga’s Day Spa in September 2022. I routinely get massages once a month, and I thought the price for what I received was higher than normal. The staff was polite, but showed up 15 mins late to the massage and the office itself upon walking in, is a bit unorganized with papers every where. I will be going to another place of business next time I am visiting...
