Tonight, my husband and I purchased a bottle of wine to go. When we got home and opened the bag, we found that the bottle had already been opened and was half empty. We called to ask how could the situation be rectified, as we were not aware before leaving. Madison was great and heard our concerns, then went to get the manager on the phone. Jessica, the manager, was extremely dismissive and acted as if it were impossible that a mistake could have been made, and wanted to "agree to disagree." Why she would think anyone would lie about an opened bottle of wine from Olive Garden is beyond me, but her tone was quite condescending. Only after pressing the issue did she agree to refunding our money, and we will wait to see if that occurs. It would have been more appreciated if the manager acknowledged that it were possible for this to have occurred and offered a solution or compromise instead of basically insinuating we were lying. A $20 bottle of wine is not worth lying about, Jessica; we simply wanted to enjoy our evening. Pictures added for evidence.

Nothing new under the Tuscan sun. Same.food, similar atmosphere and prices as any other Olive Garden. The Chicken & Gnocchi with hot bread are worth the trip. Darden restaurants are all about no hassle meals with decent service in a nice clean restaurant. The service is always inviting but they are still running many people through as quickly as they can so haste may also be on the menu. They still serve a good amount of food per plate which likely means lunch for tomorrow. This may mitigate the high prices for those willing to take food home. Watch the suggested tip menus on the table side electronic devices. It starts at 18%. 10% is average, 15% is good service, 18% or above means you better be standing next to the table filling drinks and wiping people's mouths after every bite. This tipping stuff is getting absurd. Otherwise Darden should be proud of this locations performance at reheating pre packaged foods and serving it up with a smile.

App Review. Online Ordering. 🥄 Five star awesome experience with the Olive Garden App and it's from several angles. First the download of the App is very efficient and they don't set any aggravating security tripwires to set up your account. Some basic instruction followed by a functional well designed App with great menu selections. Of course the food is awesome but more to this point is how busy this location was and they still managed to get the order filled at the requisite time. The order itself was neatly packaged, staff friendly and helpful and they even included a small, neatly designed invoice. Again they didn't set any trip wires like a customer service survey or a free appetizer. Just like the App itself. Functional, efficient, well designed just like the great food I enjoyed that evening. 🌆

My recent visit to Olive Garden reaffirmed why it's a favorite dining spot for me. The culinary journey was nothing short of delightful, especially with the choices we made - the Shrimp Alfredo and Chicken Alfredo. Both dishes were standout, boasting perfectly cooked pasta draped in a rich, creamy sauce that was flavorful yet not overpowering. The shrimp and chicken were cooked to perfection, enhancing each Alfredo dish with their succulence and taste.

An additional highlight was the Tour of Italy, a clever offering that allows diners to savor three different Italian classics in one meal. It's a fantastic option for those who wish to explore a variety of flavors in one sitting. Each portion of the Tour of Italy was delicious, providing a well-rounded taste of what Olive Garden has to offer.

Our server deserves a special mention for their outstanding service. They brought a sense of warmth and professionalism that made our meal even more enjoyable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our dining experience were truly commendable.

The pricing at Olive Garden remains reasonable, providing great value given the quality of food and service. It's a place where you can expect to enjoy a hearty, tasty meal without breaking the bank.

However, I would like to note that the cleanliness of the restrooms did not match the high standards observed in the dining area. Paying more attention to this would enhance the overall ambiance and ensure that every aspect of the customer experience is top-notch.

In summary, Olive Garden continues to impress with its delicious food, exceptional service, and good value. I look forward to returning and hope to see improvements in the upkeep of the facilities to match the excellence experienced...

First, let me say, from the looks of other reviews, Darden does not care about disgruntled customers and not much has improved over that past few years! This restaurant needs some serious attention from Darden and the Department of Health or the Restaurant Report Card!!! First of all, there was a roach in the dining area, which needs to be addressed by the HEALTH DEPARTMENT, the GM, and the nearest pest control service. Secondly, there were concerns, while other tables were dining, regarding the cleanliness of the plates, which was not properly addressed by the GM, whose name is so graciously placed on display on the exterior of the restaurant- like he is doing an excellent job. Furthermore, food was being sent back to the kitchen left and right, obviously because it was not being prepared properly. And...as if I have not said enough...the servers are excellent, but they are FORCED into pressuring patrons to purchase items they care not to purchase and complete surveys they care not to complete. I am exceptionally bright enough to know that if I do not specify a desert or an alcoholic beverage in my order, then I am not going to receive either when my order arrives at my table. And...I am fine with that because I order what I desire. Clearly, this is a management/franchise tactic- and it is aggravating. Allow people to enjoy their dining experience free of pressure- because believe you me, if you don't, you will end up with no customers. It is just FOOD for goodness sake! This is not the equivalent of buying an extended warranty for a vehicle purchase! I tell anyone who will listen to drive the extra miles to another location that is clean, has capable cooks, and allows patrons to dine free...

Bad service. Won’t mention names. But our server didn’t take our order down and had to keep asking if he could take our order after we ordered our food. He was not attentive, didn’t offer us the endless salad and bread sticks as advertised on Olive Gardens Commercials. After we ran out of both! Drinks didn’t get refilled until we were ready to leave. The expresso was cold the creamer was given to me in a ketchup bowl , the cucumber pasta tasted sour like it was going bad . Ordered side shrimp and was told that there were 6 PCs but I was given it in my dish already mixed up which was not something I ever asked for nor has any other restaurant done that ? I found that distasteful that my food was mangled like that and that there were there only 3 PCs of shrimp ? Just an over all bad experience for my family. Not to mention the host stand they were all talking about some handicap lady the was leaving at the time we were waiting to be seated . That made Very uncomfortable. Then to have the experience we did was to me unfair. Obviously the assistant manager that I saw he was not concerned about the appearance that was given off because he was standing there the whole time that the girls were talking about the lady. The over all experience just gives off a cheap place to eat with low standards. Not the romantic atmosphere it should be. You pay $100 for your meal and get that service? Lower your prices to the standards that you are creating with y’all’s bad service make the dishes $6.50 because to me that what it was worth to me that day...
