So after today’s experience we will definitely not be returning. Main reason is the waitress that we had, (short black hair, working the booth section along the wall leading towards the bathrooms, or sushi bar, and if it is her name on the receipt then I can provide that for EVERYONE’s awareness) and upon reading other reviews it seems to be a common occurrence and could possibly be the same waitress. Our experience started out normal, the “waitress” brought our drinks and refilled all 3 of them 1x each while there, and took our plates 2x each. No complaints at this point until the waitress, gave us our check, gave her our card, and when she came back we out the tip of 5$ on their. She had the audacity to make a scene in front of everyone and stood at the head of the table looking at the receipt and stated, “only 5 dollars?” She then continued in speaking rudely to my 80 year old father and telling him to look at the receipt, and pointed at the tip percentages and stated she needed the 15%. At this point, we were made to feel uncomfortable, not only because of the situation but she did this in front of everyone who was seated around us which all tables were full. She then slammed the book closed and muttered something in her native language and walked away. As we were getting out of the booth she continued to have the audacity to make it a point and walked away by us and still talking in her native language to us. My father had to stand up for himself and ask her why she did that and why she thinks she felt entitled to receive more. It’s a buffet! She his employee needs to be fired or taught customer service. She will do this to the wrong person and it will not be taken lightly. She will make this place lose customers. Read moreAbsolutely disappointed with our experience. About 10–15 minutes in, our waiter asked for a tip—normally, you tip at the end based on how good the service is, but she wanted it immediately. Unfortunately, I decided to give in and let her have something, which turned out to be a bad choice on my end. After receiving $2, she never came back. She didn’t even bother to refill our water. Despite being low on water, no one attempted to fill it up; instead, they just took our cups. Completely unacceptable.
The food was below expectations in every way. The mussels were covered in cheese, many dishes were swimming in oil, and the strawberry dessert was curdled. We tried the egg tart, and it was awful. Even the chicken was drenched in sauce with no distinct flavor. We gave everything a fair chance, but nothing impressed us—the fish was greasy, the fries were soggy, and the shrimp poppers looked very questionable. The only decent item was the fried sushi.
To make matters worse, we paid nearly $50 for two people, which is outrageous given the quality. The restaurant was understaffed and disorganized. We stepped away from the table for just two minutes, and when we returned, everything had been cleared—despite only being there for about 30 minutes. On top of that, the staff made us feel rushed to leave, adding to the overall unpleasant experience.
My husband and I are extremely upset. We will never be coming back. I want a refund...

After paying and leaving, we contacted the manager because I did not feel comfortable spending the amount that we did. Considering my husband and I barely had one plate of food. I called back to tell my complaint, Over the phone, I was lightly fussed at and Asked what did I want done considering I didn’t say anything to Management prior to leaving, I did inform her that I notified the Waitress, but did not want to make a scene. The solution offered was a partial refund.
