Yesterday we had a great experience with Kyra and today with Natalie C. who now knows my entire life story. How exquisite she is at non casual conversation! But hereās why we love her: pharmacists go to school for training and then they have to piece together customer service too?! Thatās some major BS. We do not deserve incredible customer service from a pharmacist. But oh is that what we got! She did everything necessary to make a flawless experience for us where we were able to receive medications and our flu shots with no money out. As someone who is not currently working full time due to a chronic illness, this savings practically brought us to tears. Thank you so much Natalie for delegating the extra minutes necessary to provide us with an incredible experience. We adore you! -Hannah and Ben
Edit: ha! Spoke too soon! Guess thereās other employees here who can unravel Natalieās work to create loyal customers. Clara and bea reminded us that Natalie is special. Telling us theyāre understaffed with zero customers and two people there is a joke. Telling us we need an appointment for a Covid booster when weāve never made an appointment prior and they have no access to the system is code for sorry I donāt care I just want my paycheck ⦠so clearly this isnāt a CVS thing and merely a Natalie thing. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location has questionable quality since sometimes the staff are nice and efficient solves your problems but other times, they cancelled your order early while sending you a message asking you to pick up your prescriptions today.
My prescriptions were returned twice without notifying me. Not to mention I actually had to walk in there to ask them to do a refill after hearing nothing from them for 5 days. And when I went to the pharmacy a week before the āreturn dateā on the text message, the staff told me itās already returned but no one updated the system. I would need to wait for another week for them to get new ones.
While some staff are helpful and nice, others are making it unreliable. Since the same thing happened to me twice within 6 months, I learned my lesson and will move away from this location...

But what I didn't expect was that they uploaded all the photos of my phone album and opened all my photos from the photo machine, which made me feel very uncomfortable. CVS seriously violated my privacy. I asked if I could select a photo and upload it to CVS, but they turned me down, saying they could only open all of my photo selections on the machine. CVS photo printing was very unprofessional and eventually the photo was not printed. They said there was something wrong with my photo and that only photos taken at CVS could be printed.
