Our friends recommended Meng when we were just starting to think about purchasing our first home and had no idea about either the market or the process. Meng is extremely helpful throughout the end-to-end process and she was there with us for every single step in about four months when we shopped for our home.

She has in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in the local market of Jersey City and Hoboken, which she leveraged a lot to help us in the pros and cons analysis of each property we're interested in. Moreover, she's also very resourceful to find out the extra info for us to make a better decision that we felt confident about. In addition, Meng is really proactive in helping us with home searching and I could feel that she genuinely cares about our needs/likes/dislikes. She always puts herself in our shoes and were able to find us exactly the homes that we love. Every week she would pull together a list of open houses for us to check out over the weekend and shared the list with us ahead of time to accommodate our schedule, which saved us a good amount of time and was greatly appreciated.
