Subway Restaurant — Restaurant in Jersey City

To come in this Subway for the first time, I must say it was a horrible experience. I don't know how can an employee serve a customer and touch the cash register with the gloves he used to prepare a customers sandwich to then go and prepare another sandwich for another customer and touch all the ingredients with the same dirty gloves he just finished touching the register and more. Secondly, the employee male that prepared my meal was rude and had a nasty attitude. After requesting what I wanted and how I wanted my meal prepared, he caught an attitude when I asked for him to properly do my meal the way I requested. Lastly, the lady that was also working on this shift, decided to put her two sense in without knowing what took place, and when I told her what I requested from the very beginning, she got upset and not even an apology was given. I have to say that the Subway in Bayonne NJ is 100 times better than this place. I will never come back here to eat....

This new manager what ever she is the skinny rude lady was very rude did not even know how to take a coupon from the website. Then started yelling at me telling me I’m wrong and she didn’t have to take it. Proceeded to call someone on the phone and magically it work very poor service I’ve been coming to this location for 7years never had a problem with my coupons now this lady new doesnt know how to do her job should be transferred or demoted until she learns how to do her job I’m disappointed I know the owner is a very nice guy but this lady needs to learn and know how to talk and treat...

Staff here is very unprofessional, I called 13 x in a row (they picked up the 14th) and answered the phone very unfriendly and I was calling regarding a cell phone i left, they with held the phone from me and were telling me to unlock it as if anyone else has a black iphone 13 with a photo of me on the back of it , it’s ridiculous how slow they are, and on top of that if the phone is ringing, wouldnt you answer it and if its busy put it on hold until you can answer?
