Walked in and similar to what people said earlier I was ignored. When asked he said they are busy. Then, finally I got seated and the lady that was doing my pedicure and manicure was so lost. Had to tell her the color 4 times and then she told me I can’t do it. Then brought the wrong colors. The same lady then left to wax someone else mid pedicure. She also didn’t put a top coat…Then later I was going to get a gel manicure, but I asked if it’s possible to do gel tip and she gave so much attitude didn’t respond so I repeated and she exclaimed “yes yes yes” with attitude. So unprofessional and odd. Later Kevin decided to mansplain how manicures work and why it was an issue that I asked if they could do gel tip. He also tried to tell me I only scheduled a regular manicure and pedicure which is false. If you can’t do it just say no! Simple. Say “sorry you scheduled a xyz so I can’t do gel tip” instead of huffing and puffing, giving attitude and then arguing/mansplaining how manicures work and how gel tip is diff than gel. Terrible does not even begin to describe my experience! I’m so frustrated and mad that I even came back here. I had a previous bad experience but decided to give them a chance. Worst mistake ever! I asked for a chrome from their options and got a horrible job done that looked chipped and scratched right after my hands came out of the UV lamp. They said they’d fix it so when they were fixing it the lady just made it 10 times worse. I showed the lady in charge and she said she would do them again. Sitting for another hour was not what I wanted to do with my early day at work. She wrapped them to remove the gel and then started filing. She filed my nail down so much it hurt me and I moved my hand. She filed down to my skin. She wanted to continue and I said no more I paid $40 for a bad job and to have my nail hurt. I asked for my money back and they said they don’t do refunds that they only fix it but at this point their fixing left me in pain and with a nail that’s filed down to the skin. Been coming here for a few years. Had an appointment 3 days ago at 4:00 and when I walked in the lady who I requested just started working on someone else. I told her I had an appointment and she told me I had to wait because she had to finish her toes and do her hands too. I told her it wasn’t ok I had an appointment and she didn’t say anything. My mom was there getting her toes done (by someone I usually use) and she asked her if she can do my nails and she said after she’s done my mom she has to leave. I left, but my mom said the lady agreed to do my nails(the original lady I booked) I come back and another lady had an appointment for 4:30. She told me I’m sorry I can’t take u this lady has an appointment and she’s Leaving on vacation . I said I’m sorry so did I and I am leaving too. They did not care. Meanwhile the lady who told my mom she has to leave after she was done, took the customer who my lady was working on because she didn’t finish her nails. The lady who I booked decided to stop working for her 4:30 appointment and not me,(which mine was at 4) and the other lady lied to me about having to leave. I’m a customer. Very disappointing.
