The female employee here was upselling me a product with CBD when I specifically asked for something without CBD. I realized after inspecting the product after my purchase that it was pure CBD, not at all what I asked for. She refused to refund me. She then gaslit me and said that I said “without THC.” I know what I said. She then said it’s my responsibility to know what I’m buying. She literally lied to me to make a sale! The product was unopened and what she gave was a CBD cartridge costing almost $60. Never make the mistake of shopping here. They’ll be super friendly at first and change their tune when you return dissatisfied. Absolutely terrible people. Don’t make the mistake of coming here.

Came here on the way back to Philly, stopped in and was very impressed selections were plentiful and product was fresh and GOOD. Biggest thing was the service the bud tender gave some great suggestions and was extremely pleasant (much appreciated). And to top it off my order was unknowingly placed for the Hoboken location but I was in Jersey City! No problems at all the bud tender called the other location and solved the issue IMMEDIATELY!
