I been in a lot of places in my life , as a google contributor and expertise sharing all my experiences all these years in all my social media ( Facebook , instragram , TikTok , google , twitter and YT) I can say this is the most horrible and terrible place I been. I felt harassed and abused in front of my kid and husband. Please do youself a favor and DONT go to this store or around. We spent amazing days and vacation on pocono mountains , so we decide last day of our trip go to Jim Thorpe amazing town that everybody talk on TikTok. We arrived early morning and spent the day on pizza place , trolley , rainbow end candy shop etc, wonderfull day walking around and exploring this amazing town everybody nice , gentle , giving us recommendations and talkative nice people. Till we came across with this disgusting and disrespectful people from this store.

This store is beautiful , colorful very cute from outside. Us and another tourist was outside waiting for open because they open 11:00 am so we were waiting outside taking pictures from the store and family pictures.

So this men owner or staff MONSTER , nasty , disrespectful men came from inside the door and call me IGNORANT because I was taking pictures in front of the store. He called a WOMAN ignorant and screaming GET OUT HERE , GO AWAY. we only was waiting for go inside the store. A woman behind too with mad face looking for trouble.

My husband was a little agitated and upset , my kid nervous almost to cry, I didn’t said a word I don’t want to increase the situation. I just said let’s go guys it’s fine.

As a reputable reviewer and always respect everybody business , the guy just only could say gentle, PLEASE NO PHOTOS ALLOWED.

We went to other businesses in the town and everybody agreed with us , they are rude and nasty. There are more shops and lot of thing to do in this...

I walked into the store and the man behind the counter immediately told me that drinks weren't allowed. Mind you it was almost 100 degrees outside and almost everyone had drinks in hand due to the heat. I asked if I could leave my drink on the counter as all other stores have done in this situation in the past and before he even let me finish my sentence he said "she won't let you do that". I think this situation could've been handled better. Why would you ask a potential customer to leave your store?

UPDATE: I think the owner is missing the point of this review. I have no issue with stores enforcing their no drink policy. It was the fact that the man was rude (which apparently I'm not the only one that thinks so. You can check other reviews). Also, there are alternatives to asking a potential customer to leave while still enforcing the purpose...

I had an unfortunate experience. I bought glassware. I went next door to a bar and someone accidentally knocked the bag down. When I went back to ask if they could help at all, I was harassed. An employee was inches from my face, told me My breath smells like alcohol and “it’s not his problem I took glass and broke it”. Felt so harassed and uncomfortable that I pulled my phone out to record and that was when he finally left me alone. I’m 5’1” and this man was intentionally towering over me to try to make me scared. I would advise any female to avoid this store. 0/10 experience and that’s been over...
