I really enjoyed my time here at the Jim Thorpe Olive Oil Company. It’s located in a house. Everything is neatly decorated and displayed. You can see all the love that the owner Diane put in to this unique shop. I love that you can walk around and sample so many different flavored olive oils and flavored vinegars during the week. On the weekends they have many samples of dips, mustards, ketchups, chili, and flavored teas etc. They even sell many different varieties of specialty pastas. Everything here is wonderful! They have so many different and unique gifts to choose from. If you know someone that is a foodie like myself, or you need a great Birthday,Christmas, Hanukkah or Special Occasion gift, then Jim Thorpe Olive Oil Company should definitely be on your list! A gentleman named Keith was very knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to helping me and my boyfriend choose some of their products. He really knew his stuff, and his suggestions were spot on! I sampled 6 different olive oils and 6 different flavored vinegars and combinations Keith put together for us. My boyfriend and I left with some great gifts. I will definitely be back and highly recommend...

I spent waaaayyy too much money here. There was such a wonderful and vast selection of seasonings, oils & vinegars. They had these really amazing soup mixes (I love soup & soup season is coming) and so many artisan pastas. I got an artichoke & rosemary pasta and three soups. I got some oil & fruit vinegars to flavor my water. Really great for helping beat the summer heat! So refreshing. I never even thought to do this. The sales woman was so nice and helpful with selecting things based on my tastes, let me sample anything I wanted and answered about a million questions. I really like to learn about & try things before I buy. And she was very friendly, kind and patient with my kids too. Which is important. I always buy more when people are good with my kids because I feel welcome and like I can stay longer to shop more. Wish this place was closer to home. I’d be there...

We love this store! The couple that own it, Diane and Keith, are beyond nice. The store carries a beautiful variety of olive oils of many flavors, balsamic vinegars, glazes, soup mixes, olives, drink mixers, pasta, and pasta sauces. Almost any given day if the week you can stop in and there is a sample of a party dip, cake mix, soup product, or drink recipe, made with their products. The service is beyond friendly and attentive. You can get lost for an hour easily browsing the great products, sampling delicious things curated for their customers, or having a chat with the lovely shop owners. Bonus, the store is dog friendly so browsing the streets of Jim Thorpe with your fur pal is not interrupted if you desire to go into this lovely shop.
