I contacted the location and was redirected to the national customer service, but was told in effect that repair or replacing the mount are my only real options here due to the terms and conditions (which spell out no refunds for buyers remorse and that refunds are available in the case of an appraisal showing a wrong grade, but with a lot of strings attached and reads as the company may still deny it if they choose to do so). Nothing specific about defective returns. I do not have any trust in the quality of the item, and any company this adamant about not returning clearly defective merchandise obviously already knows the quality of their merchandise.
