Update, Flooding had caused the phones to go out, but I was able to reach Johanna and she did in fact replace my jacket with the same exact one! She shipped it to my home. I am so pleased! These people were a pleasure to work with. They packaged and shipped all our purchases for free and the package was waiting at home when we returned from vacation. They are one of the closest souvenir shops to the cruise terminal and the first one I looked in. I went into at least a dozen others before coming back here to make my purchases.
