This store is not just your average gift shop – it's a haven for those seeking unique treasures that capture the spirit of Alaska. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a breathtaking display of apparel, souvenirs, and curiosities that celebrate the essence of this beautiful region. From intricate handcrafted jewelry that sparkled like glacier ice to rustic wooden carvings that seemed to whisper tales of the wilderness, every corner was a testament to the rich culture and history of Alaska.
And then, there it was – the Creative Unicorn Beanie that stole my heart. A burst of color and whimsy in a corner dedicated to hats, this beanie was a true work of art. Soft pastel hues blended seamlessly to form the majestic unicorn, its mane flowing like the Northern Lights. It was a piece that not only warmed my head but also ignited my imagination.

The way they've curated the space, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements, creates a sense of enchantment. Read moreI can't even begin to tell EVERYONE reading this review how livid I am. I went on a 7 day cruise on the Royal Carribean back in May. I purchased a ring from them because they would not take no for an answer, now I see why because they probably don't receive much business for being dishonest. I am a deputy in another state and my job is to uphold the law. Dishonesty is not acceptable in my agency. Well to continue the story, one of my diamonds fell out of my ring after only two months. I immediately called the main office in Nevada who informed me to take a picture of the ring, as well as the receipt. I paid $2500.00 for this ring. I provided a picture of the ring, receipt, as well as the appraisal certificate of this ring being valued at $3471.00. I asked to speak with the sale associates which was Shawn and Jeanette in the Juneau store and the main store in Nevada would not transfer nor give me a way to contact either one, but instead said I would be receiving a call call from their company about the repair of my ring in 24 hours. It has been 4 days and NO CALL. Imagine that! At this point, I don't even want this ring, just my refund. As to all the reviews that say stay away from this place, please do this and warn all.of your friends that are going on a cruise or visiting Alaska to stay away. They are plain crooks. I am not done with this and they probably will be seeing me soon! BTW I wouldn't have even given them one star but it won't let you post your review if you don't. Absolutely...
Read moreWish I could give negative stars. I purchased a book from this store. The MSRP on the back of the book says $19.95. Initially it wouldn't ring up, so I joked with the cashier about settling for $2. Apparently they didn't think I was funny, because after an older woman entered it in her computer I was charged $24.99. When I asked about the price difference, I was told that the store owner had paid $19.95 for the book initially and needed to make a profit. What a load of garbage! If you're going to cheat your customers, you should probably try to do it in a less...
