A shop like this DOESN'T exist anywhere else so when you have the chance to shop you BETTER stop in. This is a memory maker! They work so hard to have an amazing offering of comfort, style, and fun! I say that because they view THOUSANDS of shoes before making their selections. They learn all they can about the different brands, fit, and benefits to offer you the best type of service. Had a wonderful time in Shoefly, went in for ankle boots after loosing 1 from 2 pairs whilst travelling (don't ask) I knew the cruise ship we were on was in Juneau so googled footwear shops, The lady was extremely helpful and whilst in saw a beautiful bodywaemer (puffer vest) so bought this and boots. The choice is from plain to bling, flats to heela was fantastic. Every city should have a Shoefly store. An extremely pleasant visit. I'm sure when I wear my jacket it will get many compliments which will always remind me of our visit. Thank You ladies for kindness shown. Wishing your business continued future...

Wonderful customer service! Ever so patient as I tried many pairs of comfortable walking shoes before choosing the perfect pair. As a cruise passenger, I liked the convenient location but above all I appreciated the lovely staff member treating me just as well as one of her regulars who came in to buy a gift card while I was in store. The range was ever so impressive - from comfort shoes, to runners/joggers, to gorgeous party sandals and sparkly Swiftie cowboy boots....
