I had the pleasure of being assisted by Irene Opal at John Craig, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for that. During my time visiting she was very honest and supportive. From the moment I walked into the store, Irene provided a level of customer service that was simply exceptional. She truly went above and beyond to help me prepare for an important interview, and her genuine, honest, and caring nature made all the difference.

We spoke about so many things beyond clothing, and it was clear that Irene is a wonderful human being both inside and outside of work. Her attention to detail was impeccable—she even managed to get items tailored last minute, ensuring I had exactly what I needed to feel confident and polished. Without Irene’s assistance, I might not have made a purchase that day.
