Lola Dré — Local services in Jupiter

Made a few purchases over the years. Decent experience, but even on sale Lola Dre is more expensive than the bigger stores but I was OK with that since I was supporting a small business. I was recently interested in a Nili Lotan Ana blouse and reached out to new stylist to take measurements for me but he couldn’t find it. Come to find out another Lola Dre stylist had it on hold for their client for 4 days! Found out the usual holds for customers are for 24 hours only. Its really rude and bad business practice to do this especially when there is a willing customer to purchase this ASAP. Lola Dre still would not sell the blouse to me on the 4th day of the hold. Then my stylist told me they sold it. Really bad business practice - especially since I opted to purchase here instead of Saks since it’s a small business and now it’s sold out at Saks. Will not shop with this store again. This is really bad business practice and the fact that I had to contact the store/my stylist a total of 4 times for this blouse since it was showing in stock online is even worse and such a waste of time. Will not patronize this...

Let me start with stating that I never leave reviews but what this small business has been putting me through over getting a refund for a return is absurd. I ordered two dresses online and sent both of them back within the return period and this store has accused me of wearing one of the dresses along with staining a dress that was returned the same way that it was sent and accused me of hemming the dress, which is clearly the same way it was advertised(see below).The manager decided to send me back the dress and after a bunch of back and forth they agreed to let me send it back(at my expense) and I also sent proof of how the dress fit me. I am now over a month with multiple calls to the manager with nothing ever returned(they are always in a meeting) and they have had the dress in their possession this entire time! I live in Naples, FL and was over in the East Coast for the weekend when I discovered Lola Dre'. I had been unsuccessful in my search for special occasion dress until I walked into Lola Dre'. The store was designed so beautifully, and the staff was super friendly! I was so lucky to be introduced to Jade Williams who hand picked a whole bunch of items and was totally willing to run back and forth between their two locations as needed. Not only did I find the most gorgeous dress for the wedding, but I left with a whole bunch of other great pieces. Jade has a real talent for finding pieces that look gorgeous, and she is so great with styling suggestions (casual vs. dressed up and how to add accessories).
