did not have the experience that I thought I would! Maybe it was because I ordered right when they opened in the morning. I was in shock when Uber eats ever delivered my order! This acai bowl was missing 3/4 of the contents. It didn't look anything like the photos and there was about 2 inches maybe of actual product in the bowl. I chose to drink my Power Green Smoothie first, so in that short 20 minute timeframe given the 25 minutes to drive it from Jupiter all the way up to Stuart through Uber eats, I could not believe how it had literally consolidated down to next to nothing in the bowl. What in Gods name!
This was not at all what was depicted in the photos on the menu, let alone having any value even remotely close to what I paid for it. Not my 1st rodeo with acai bowls.
However, this was my first time getting screwed over by an establishment that had failed to produce anything even remotely close to what the photos looked like, where I was missing 80% of the contents that should've been in the bowl. What a scam job! I immediately took photos and because I recently had some dental surgery and I do enjoy granola the very first thing I always do when I get my balls as I mix everything together with a spoon usually when ordering from a normal place that does not have a habit of shorting customers, I tend to lose things out of the bowl and trying to mix because it is so full. Such was not the case here!! I actually attempted to contact anybody at the store to see what the hell was going on that they ever sent this out. A 180 from the photos or any other bowl I've ever ordered before in my life and there's no way to contact a human being by calling. So I began a text to chat and I have no idea who I spoke with as they did not offer a name. I explained the situation and that Uber eats wanted nothing to do with it because it had absolutely nothing to do with the delivery process. It had everything to do with the fact that whatever new employee was working, did not know how to do the job and sent this ridiculous version of a acai bowl out for delivery that morning. At first, I was not met with any kind of attitude of this establishment, wanting to take responsibility and then pushing me off onto the Uber to which I politely explained this is not an Uber issue. You obviously have somebody working there that does not know what they're doing this is not how this is supposed to look. I sent photographs to this person to which they realized this was absolutely not how it was supposed to have been sent out and there was supposed to be a $50 gift certificate for me at the counter.
At no point in time was I instructed that there was some kind of expiration on this gift certificate in compensation for the ridiculousness of my order, that I had just spent $50 on, the gift certificate of equal value absolutely should've been there, ready and waiting. I do live in Stuart Much to my surprise after battling the parking around this particular facility, I came in just before closing time the other night to finally have this order done right! Stood around 4 -15 minutes before anyone decided to acknowledge me , offer me any assistance. It was closing time Eventually, after that time passes, I'm now told I'm at the wrong counter for ordering, so I walk over to the other area 2 feet away and proceed to explain that I am here to utilize a gift certificate that was left for me by the manager my order was April 9th. I explained what happened that I had an order that got messed up. Shouldn't need to go into any more details.
Immediately I was met with a ridiculous attitude, some young girl who didn't really seem to know what she was doing who basically looked around didn't see it,so I'm standing around for another five minutes for this interaction to transpire between her, calling her manager,, only to be told that they have no idea what I'm talking about. Then I'm asked who I spoke with as though that matters ! insulting..suggesting that I'm too late in getting my gift certificate. As though it's my fault and somehow it...

Read moreI started going to Pura Vida years ago in South Beach before their re-brand and have been to many locations since. The food is consistent and healthily delicious. This new one in Jupiter is a star and itâs largely due to the quality of service and exceptional staff. The level of service is what you might expect poolside from a luxury resort or country club - personalized, consistently cheerful, helpful and friendly - anticipating your needs before you are aware of them. One rarely receives this kind of service these days so itâs noteworthy. There are a few staff members I see regularly there that exhibit excellence. One of these is Noey! She consistently goes above and beyond standard waitstaff duties to make sure you have everything you need, efficiently, cheerfully and thoughtfully. Managers Tiff and Alecia also consistently and energetically make sure your experience is pleasant and enjoyable. Chandi is also a gem! They all exhibit a genuine commitment to doing a good job (again, rare!) Whoever is responsible for these hires, should apply the same standards across the brand board. I can honestly say I come here more often because of these individuals, because it is always a joy and they make the experience uncommonly excellent!
One suggestion Iâd like to offer is to please change your salmon from farmed to wild salmon. We are going here for the healthiest options available dining out, so letâs go the final mile.
Finally, could you please consider opening a location in Alton Town Center in Palm Beach Gardens. Please! I would go every day. There is nowhere for a casual healthy lunch in the area. The development is home to hundreds of higher end properties and dinner restaurants I bet the the...
