Pineapple Palms provides some of the best customer service that I have ever received. They are responsive, cooperative and kind. I buy their rocks glasses with longitude and latitude engravings. If you travel or are looking for a great gift for a friend who travels - these are the best. I send them to a friend who is a world traveler and I just have the name of a city she has visited engraved on them. She has quite a collection; they are a great conversation starter and a wonderful souvenir (that she does not have to carry back in her suitcase). The glasses are top notch in quality. The vibe here is not as welcoming as it use to be . The designers are very talented when they design homes . But if you walk in off the street , they don’t seem to be as interested in helping as they used to be ( years ago pre lockdown ) . I use to stop in quite often , but l only stop in once or twice a year now There is quite a bit of stock , but l would like to see more unique items . I think this store might be a great place if you are redoing an entire home or yacht , but for the “average” shopper looking for a piece or two to refresh your space or a gift for a friend … there are better alternatives in the...

I was , in this shop yesterday. I was dressed very casual and I must not have looked the part. I was basically ignored by the staff. Little did they know I could have purchased any item, in that store that I may have wanted . Including their 2000 dollar large shells. I wanted to shout “ big mistake ... huge ... huge “, as Julia Roberts did , in pretty woman. I was profiled by how I was dressed.
