Starbucks — Restaurant in Jupiter

I had a disappointing experience at this location due to the behavior of the baristas, Siri and JayJay. When I received my drink, it was spilled as it was handed to me, and I was surprised when I was encouraged to take it despite the mess. When I politely requested a new drink, JayJay. responded in a rude manner, asking why I needed another one. It was evident to me that the spilled drink was the reason for my request.

As a business owner, I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, I felt neither during my visit. I will not be returning to this store and will be sharing my experience with others. I left the store with NO DRINK BECAUSE I JUST WANTED TO GET OUT OF THE STORE ASAP! SIRI made me another Drink where 1/4 of the drink was missing and SIRI seemed to be so upset SO I DIDNT FEEL COMFORTABLE AND I LEFT WITH NO DRINK.!!!!!.

Overall, I found the service to be extremely unprofessional. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving customer...

Starbucks has some major problems they are all about who you get when you go into Starbucks there are nice people that work there and there are not nice people that work there and Starbucks doesn’t care especially when it’s the manger that is not nice at all Starbucks it is only a matter of time before this business gets hit hard and we see the end of them Starbucks needs to learn how to hire nice people if some did a survey on any Starbucks of there politeness it would be no competition . Feeling bad only giving 3 stars because of issues not actually related to service/food/drink quality…the last two times I have gone to this location there have been 2 shady seeming men collecting “donations” supposedly for children with cancer. They are very aggressive and screamed at me for not donating and saying “I guess you don’t care about kids with cancer”…in 98% certain it’s not a real charity they are collecting for and pocketing the money. Furthermore, there have been several drugged out homeless men lurking around there who have stopped to talk to/harass me while working. Basically, place attracts sketchy and dangerous people.
