Brooklyn Water Bagel — Restaurant in Jupiter

I've been going to the Brooklyn Bagel for years. The food has always been great and usually it comes to your table timely. Sundays can be quite busy there so you have to expect a little wait. Staff always tries to be efficient and friendly The general manager is always watching the staff and jumps in wherever he's needed The assistant manager Lily is always all over the restaurant making sure the customers have a great experience. You can see her making bagels then going to the registers and make sure all customers are happy. She also makes sure the food is expedited and she runs food to and clear tables when going back to the kitchen. Always has a smile on her face

If this was the first time I was here I would never be back, super sloppy, all the cream cheese was in a blob on the plate, didn't even make it on the bagel. In fact, most of the ingredients didn't make it on the bagel, all the tomato, and salmon was hanging off the sandwich, and wasn't cut properly so I tried to adjust it and it pulled the rest of the ingredients off. The onion tasted fresh, very fresh, and the one bite with onion on it was way too much, maybe spread the onion instead of one big lump on a quarter of the bagel. I got the $11 Williamsburg, as did my wife. Hers was also way too sloppy, and the bagels seem smaller than they were a few months ago. I remember the other locations more south being a lot better, will probably go to them, just maybe not this location. This location of all the BWBs I’ve been to is the least professional—on multiple occasions. (I have let so many instances slide but not this time)

Today, I ordered online thinking it would be quick and speedy. WRONG again!

Upon arrival (25 minutes after ordering) a male staff member with tattoos and an accent (wearing a green polo) treated me very unfairly and I will not be returning to this location.

Even after ordering 25 minutes in advance he made me wait and when I was finally given my order.

The bagels were WRONG and when I kindly asked if they could replace the bagels he basically told me to get lost.

“There is nothing we can do” is what I was told as I looked over at the bagel racks and could see plenty of fresh bagels
