Latasia the manager at this location did not have a great attitude this morning when I came to tug on the door at 10:07 and the store was still closed. I called after to see if the store was open because I was highly confused. She answered and had a attitude. I asked if they were open and she rudely said “yeah I will be” like I’m inconveniencing her…I hung up and just came back after running another errand and she was acting unprofessional even in the store. Having smart remarks when she could have avoided the attitude had she been professional and apologize for her tardiness and ensure she would be opening in x amount of minutes. I should have wrote this a long long time ago but I wanted to definitely give this store a 5 star review and would give more if possible. I never buy shoes from Aldo but was window shopping in September and saw a pair in the window. They did not have my size so I ordered them from the store to be shipped to my house. That was Sept 2022 and it is now Jan 2023. I still do not have the shoes and the website says they have not shipped. I called the store that placed the order and they told me they cannot help at all. Last time I will ever buy/ order from any Aldo store. WORST...
