I have been into this store twice in two weeks and both times I was helped, or lack of better word, by Alyson. The first time she was snobby, acted like I wasn’t worth her time and put off at the fact that the other young lady( who was very kind) couldn’t help me, until I spent $330 then her tone changed some. After leaving and reviewing my receipt I noticed I was not given my birthday discount so I called to ask about the refund. She said she didn’t know what they could do and she would speak to a manager and call me back. She never did. I then went back into the store where I was greeted by a delightful girl named Mimi, I noticed Alyson behind the counter and I said to her “ I have a return Alyson has been helping me.” She was on her phone or tablet with an airpod in and completely ignored me, no hello never even looked up, so Mimi started to help me herself. She asked Alyson several times for help, at which first she bite her head off and said “hang on” while pointing her finger, then acted VERY agitated that she had to help and frustrated that Mimi needed guidance. She was rude to both myself and Mimi to the point it felt awkward. She shoved the money from the draw into Mimi hands after they couldn’t get the refund onto my card all while still not speaking. I felt so bad for Mimi I wanted to immediately call and speak to a higher manager but knew no one was there. This is my second time having a very rude experience with her. The weather was pleasant, so the doors were open. We were immediately greeted by one of the at least 10 employees who were working. We were offered champagne & Christmas cookies and waited on very attentively by no less than 5 of the employees, probably more like 6 or 7.
The store was packed with holiday shoppers, but no one was rude or impatient. We lucked out in finding an item that was sold out online. We also had our first Color Bar experience. Overall, the customer service was top notch and it was our best in-store...

As a former retail employee, I have never seen a general manager be on the floor helping customers one-on-one constantly like that. She found me a piece I loved and was professional and friendly! I've come back in numerous times since and every single time Taylor remembers my name, my job and that I'm a big fan of Elton bracelets and the more uniquely colored stones and gets out tons of great suggestions for me, one of which I always end up purchasing.
