Why are we charging service fee ? The gentlemen always seem to over charge me I ask for brown sugar milk tea with tapioca charges me for honey ? And tapioca? I understand the tapioca but honey ? And at the end when paying why should I add a tip if he’s already charging me for service fee ? I love the girls service because she has never pull no type of bs I’m sorry for my language but please check your employees because I will bring this up to the mall office because also the pricing on the menu please change it it’s almost 2025 and it’s the same prices but when paying it’s more ? I love this place so much in the Katy Mills mall it is probably hands-down. My favorite place in there. I give it a five star review because they have been consistent with the drinks ever since I was in middle school. I’m so glad they’re still in business and I consistently want people to go to the mall only to try this location.
