if I could give 0 stars I truly would. We went into the store minding our business looking at the t-shirts searching for specific spiderman t’s I saw online (not even touching them literally just looking around). Some big tubby guy from behind the register asks me “what are you looking for” after i tell him it’s okay like twice and that i’m looking around and it doesn’t seem like they have the shirt I want he then gets an attitude with me and again says “I SAID WHAT SHIRT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR” I kindly left before I met him with the same attitude because I understand maybe if I bothered you to ask but… you asked me? so I didn’t understand why he had a nasty attitude to begin with. He then continued to insist on ordering it online and was mad when I told him no. I get wanting to make the sale but fix your attitude poo. i saw a hoodie my brother had been looking for and it was one that was hanging high, i asked someone at the register for help, i didn’t care who cause there was plenty people there so ya know not asking for one person specifically. after i asked for help this asian boy with airpods behind the counter said “no” and everyone started laughing? aside from the girl whose name i unfortunately did not get but she tried to recover it and she was great and really helpful! i work retail as well (nike and starting vans soon) so it was kind of just odd but pretty expected from teen boys so i personally don’t think anything of it but just wanted it to be known! other zumiez i’ve gone to everyone’s been great and always has that zumiez attitude that having worked in a mall as well you know and recognize so this experience was definitely a different one. still love zumiez as a...

Dude Caleb!!! Wow!!! Or OH EM GEE!! Either way, this shop is awesome!! It reminds me of an upgraded hot topic just with skateboards, Caleb was awesome. He hooked up my boys with everything they needed for their boards and was super knowledgeable on everything in the store, seriously!! Go talk to this guy or ask for this guy whenever you need something, and if he's not there, then sit by the door and wait for him to get there, lol. No but in all seriousness I thought this guy was the manager by they way he was running the store, that's when I found out, he's the assistant manager, in all my years of reviewing, I've never recommend someone so highly that deserves to be a store manager, this guy Caleb is doing amazing even with staff under him like Ashdon yup I spelt that correctly, that dude was trained very well, so overall this place deserves...
