I have been a loyal customer ever since they took over this location from Chapala Express. They have always had the best customer service and best food. I am an office manager and when my office has special events I always have ordered from them "Shop Local". Our office is not small either. My Staff and I frequent this location a few time a week for drive through lunch. I always get the same thing for years, "Taco Salad, No shell, No Rice and no beans" The friendly face (guy) at the window knew my order by heart and would always say "The spicy salsa, Right?" It was always $9 and I would always tip $1. The Cook was always a very nice older woman. Today was the opposite experience. I placed my order as I always have. There was a new (gal) Cynthia at the window. She took my payment for $9 and I gave her $1 tip. She then closed the door. I did receive my order promptly but when she gave it to me it was in a Styrofoam container 1/4 of the size I have always received. She closed the door. I was a bit confused and waited for her to open the window. I explained what I have always received and she got the cook who spoke Spanish (not the original older lady) and Cynthia said the cook said that was what I get for the same $ now. I told Cynthia this was terrible customer service and I was not happy and she was losing a loyal customer. She shrugged her shoulders and said "Sorry, I just work here. I am not the cook." I told her I would not be back. And I won't.

I love this place. I just came from the LA area and the food here compares to the food down there. My first time I went I ordered the Cali burrito. It was TASTY but I felt the portion was a little small for the price ($11.) After that I started ordering the Nachos. I’ve tried all the meats on the nachos and they’re so good. They’re cheap too ($8 for most meats) and you get a lot of food (see photo.) My husband orders the carne asada fries and he loves them. The portion is smaller than the nachos though. The tacos are great, all the meats I’ve tried are great (porks, chicken, beef), and their guac and salsas are to die for. I would definitely recommend this place for fast, cheap, and delicious Mexican food!

My husband and I came to try out food for first time . Upon entering I started coughing , I’m like why is this happening ? I don’t think their venting by the grill was working . I got the 3 fish tacos . There was plenty of fish and lettuce , avocado and spicy sauce , just enough for me . Great food , just checking into the venting .

I've visited this restaurant several times and have always come away with a great experience. Being Hispanic I am always looking for an authentic experience (at least food wise) and this restaurant delivers that in spades. I really enjoy their tostadas, tacos, burritos, and taco salads. The inside is always kept nice and clean or if you would rather just get and go they do have a drive-thru. They always run weekday specials and you can get great deals on the food. Their avocado salsa is one of the best that I have tried. If you are looking for an authentic meal , great service and even greater prices then you need to stop in to this place and give them a try. Hope this helps if you're looking for a good Mexican restaurant or if you are just in the area and want...
