Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kennewick

Worst service I have encountered in a long time. We were in town and decided to go out to dinner and took the kids to Pizza Hut near the hotel. The restaurant had maybe 6-8 tables with customers but a majority of the tables were dirty. The table next to us was a long table and was dirty the whole time we were there, not once attempted to be cleared. We were seated and when we ordered we had to ask about specials since they were not offered and we had started to order. We ordered our pizza and when we were served that was the last time we talked to an employee. No refills on our drinks, never asked if we were doing good. At the table near us, they had to get their own refills and boxes. We sat there for a while hoping to get some service, no such luck. We finally got up to leave and had to ask for our bill, a box and let them know that a refill would have been nice. The counter ladies asked where we were sitting (including our waitress) and said “sorry they had been stuck up at the counter” mind you they walked by many times and ignored us. They were so generous to give us a 20% discount...

Worst service ever! We waited over 30 minutes after being told our pizza would come out in 15 minutes. I finally asked where our food was and was told that there was an issue with the computer in the back and they forgot about us. We could clearly see the paper copies hanging up telling them about our order. They said it would be another 15 minutes. I asked to see a manager but they were unwilling to come up front and sent the front girl back with an offer for a couple dollars off or pizza. The girl assisting us at the cashier was polite but had no ability to help us. We asked a second time to see the manager and explained we wanted our pizza for free. (We were already paying for overpriced drinks). She asked the manager again and they refused to talk with us. We came to use our son's free personal pizza for reading at school. It's shameful to treat customers like this! We strongly discourage eating at this establishment. We had great service at the pizza hut on Geo Way and would recommend going there instead even though they don't have dine...

We are a family of 6 we went in on a Wednesday at 6:47pm. We went in to have a family night and were promptly told the back was closed which is where the corner seat with 6 to 8 person table but instead we were asked to sit at a 4 person table in the middle of the restaurant. We have hen were asked what we would like to drink I asked about a pitcher they said they didn't do pitchers. So I asked for a my few 2 liter. Then after looking at my kids almost flipping the table we were at to color they again told us the back was closed and asked if we wanted to sit where everybody was coming in to pick up their pizza. We decided to go and that's when they offered to sit us in the back section. At this point I didn't want to inconvience them so we just decided to go. Sorry we were such an inconvenience to you at 6:47 pm guess they were more interested in closing than having someone's business.
