We just bought our second John Deer lawn tractor, the first was in 2004 and currently has 730 hours and is still running strong. As a precaution, we decided to get a slight upgrade. Upon entering the store, we were warmly greeted and welcomed. During our time there, discussing our trade in, purchase, and other lawn care topics, we were offered coffee and/or water.
The sales people there showed that they were very intelligent about their products and were eager to assist you with what you needed. They even laughed when I mentioned that you are buying the John Deer name; but the name is good, because the product is good.
We worked with a couple salespeople, but mainly with Garrett Goodwin. He has kept in touch with me via email and it was done without any worries. I look forward to our next visit and purchase at this store, because they made it so easy.

The chain would loosen everytime i used the saw so bad that I had to remove a link, then the chain would jump off the bar, and I had to get a new bar. Took it in, and they told me it was my fault. Got it back same thing. Then the clutch bearing went out and one of the studs stripped out. Took it back in said it would cost me $350 to fix it .they have had it more than I have fixing crap on it. On top of that won't do nothing about it told me to come get it. I asked them numerous times just to run it and they could see what I was talking about, that the tensioner would loosen up so bad that the chain would jump off. From the first time I ran it they replaced it 5 months after owning it only used 3 or 4 time ,like 3 tanks of fuel and was having issues with it. It’s so refreshing to get good help these days. Not only did he quickly find the part, he pulled up the diagram of my Honda Generators carb, asked what was going on and showed me a few other places to clean and check.
