Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Kennewick

There’s something shady going on at this Taco Bell. Funny how no one gets a receipt from them. I don’t even think they are ringing up orders. Makes sense why they charged me $6.40 for a cheesy Gordita crunch substitute black beans. I went back because they gave me refried beans, and the employees were very rude and unprofessional. They couldn’t give me a receipt for my original order, and would only refund me under $5. Still have no idea why they charged me $6.40. Oh, it gets better, as I get to the window he goes to hand me a Baja freeze or whatever and I tell him that’s not mine and no way is my order $16 whatever because I only ordered 1 taco. He said oh she added it to the previous order, meaning that the car before me paid for my food, and then I had to pay for it, and it wasn’t even what I ordered. Jose, you are terrible at customer service and no worries, I won’t be back. Which sucks because Taco Bell is awesome when you have decent employees that actually do their job. Another fun fact: I worked at Taco Bell for a couple years in Pasco, another fun fact, people there would keep the customer’s money and not ring up the orders, but they would just make the food, and a kid got fired for saving debit card numbers and he would charge the same debit card twice and take the money from the register. Today between 1:50pm and 2:15pm I sat in your drive through for almost 30 whole minutes for 2 tacos. A lot of your customers left because the line was taking 5 minutes or more in between each car. When I finally got to the window the manager(short chubby Hispanic man) happened to be there so I told him how ridiculous it was for it to take this long to get through your drive through, he did not make eye contact with me, and completely brushed off my complaint without a care. On top of all that, I was not given a receipt or asked if I wanted one. How ironic. I work close by so fast food should be fast food right, I only get 30 minutes for a lunch break. Every aspect was just about messed up. I ordered 2 fill up boxes and substituted the mashed potatoes with macaroni and cheese and I recieved 1 baby portion of each, neither box came with a cookie as it was meant to, and they knowingly sold me 3 sodas without carbonation. (They were out) and I was not offered nor given butter or honey for the biscuits.

Then from Taco Bell again with the soda, and the cinnamon twists were pale due to them lacking in cinnamon, and again no sauses offered and no causes given.

I might have remembered if the guy who rushed my order remembered how many flat sodas he handed me without needing me to convince him that he missed one. I'm so glad he had me hurry up to wait in front just for them to give me my...
