Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Kennewick

Had a really bad experince here. The location is already really bad. Well there was a line, like normal, no problem. We and Several car in front of us had our orders taken by the worker with the ipad. Great! The cars in front of us just start leaving without getting to the window. Granted, we weren't paying a LOT of attention, you know laughing and having a good time and such. We finally notice when the car in front of us has to REVERSE to get out of line and almost hits our car! We move up slowly, Only to fine the employees talking with a car at the window, seeming not to notice the rest of us. Including taking out their phones and having what seemed like a pleasant conversation. Our drinks came out the bavk door a couple minutes later and we left. Luckily, we left LOT of space to get around the stationary car. The car behind us did not. I don't have the full story, but I feel like it would have been hangled better. If it was their friends, they shouldn't have held up the line. If it was a disgruntled customer, they could have moved them to a more convient location to handle...

Well, I hate to put a bad review on a coffee place that I like to go to almost every day, but this is now the second time that I have contacted them not the second time they’ve messed up but the second time that I’ve had to complain and this time is unacceptable but I am drinking my nice cold caramel coffee and get to the end to suck up a big chunk of whatever they decided to drop into my drink first makes me think of how unsanitary it is in there. Yes I get it. They make lots of coffee, but there is no excuse to what you do every day to drop droppings and other people‘s coffee, I don’t know what the heck it was nor do I care. I just know that my coffee was not to have Thompsons in it and it did. And as much as we pay to have a good coffee in the morning to get us going to deal with our day, we should not have...

I usually love this Dutch, but when I went at lunch time today they had multiple baristas outside all chatting with the same car for over 15 minutes. No one taking any other orders; it got to the point where multiple cars just gave up and left the line. By the time a different barista came out to take orders (wish I had their name because they were actually doing their job) there was literally no cars in between the truck everyone was chatting with and the window and yet the line hadn't budged. Love that you guys are friendly but it should never be multiple baristas and for that long. If you want to chat more take everyone's order first then go back and chat. Don't be so...
