Came here to shop today and couldnā€™t get service because Iā€™m not a white lady. Two people helped the one old white lady in the store and were very friendly with her. One walked over to me with a sneer and I walked out with nothing even though I was very interested in a lovely dress. I do not recommend anyone who does not have the right skin color, to go to this store. Save yourself the feeling of being profiled and being looked down upon and spend your money elsewhere. For anyone in management reading this review, I was there on 6/24 at the Kent location at about 5:30 PM and the brunette lady is with whom I had...

Never buy online! Sent me the wrong color top. When I try to return to the store, the staff was on the phone for about 20 mins chatted with the office. So much hassle. Can they just take care of the customer instead of dealing with the internal paperwork? Poor...
