Young's Jewelers and Guns — Local services in Kerrville

I first visited this store in May 2019 and was pleased with the young mans help and attitude. I had been shopping for .45gap rounds and this store had 6 boxes on the shelf. Told him I would be back and would buy all them if the price was right. Today I visited the store with some new people I hadn’t seen before. The 5 boxes were marked $35 for 20 rounds which is a bit higher than normal and another box marked $27.95 for 20 rounds. The guy assisting me told me it was $240.31 for all 6 boxes. I quickly did the math and questioned him on price. He said the boxes were $37 each which totaled $222 plus tax. Even though the price marked was lower he insisted they were now $37. I told him to keep the boxes for another person that might want them for that higher price. I had use young's for a FFL transfer a few times and never had any problems. One day I went to pick up a gift that I had bought for a family member. When I was filling out the form to receive my gun there was a clerical error on my license that i had never noticed before with my address. The heavy set older man with slicked back hair. Proceeded to scold me like a child over ther error. Asking me to spell my own a address. If the gun I bought wasnt a gift I have told the make to go Eef himself and to sent the gun back so I could use some one else. He was very rude the whole time I was there and acted like I was such an inconvenience to him. I will never ever give one penny more to that place. Took several pieces of jewelry in to see what they might be worth....debating on selling them. The guy at the desk, who was not a jeweler, said the diamond was fake which it is not. It has a certificate and it is insured, and the two bands were made of silver... They are platinum/white gold ( cannot remember which). I probably would not have him working the desk running his mouth when he has zero clue what he is talking about. super bad management choice.
