We called Heather at Heavenly Creations to talk about flowers for our dad's funeral. Mom wanted fall colors instead of mourning colors, and we had the most beautiful assortment of reds, yellows, and oranges. We had also asked for cedar accents, and Heather clipped cedar boughs to add an Alaska accent to the various arrangements she provided, for us and for all of the people who called and ordered flowers for the services. No two arrangements were the same, and every one was beautiful. We shared them with family, our church, and the Pioneer Home, where Dad had spent his last days. Let me start by saying I received a full refund. That’s the ONLY reason I gave two stars. I ordered a bouquet online and what was delivered wasn’t even close to the same thing. When I questioned it, they gave me a price breakdown of how I got my money’s worth. However, the majority of what I paid for was all the filler flowers! I told them you could put a rose in an expensive vase and charge the same, but that it still isn’t what I ordered.

Heavenly Creations did a wonderful job. I live in Seattle and wanted to order flowers for a friend. I had a little bit of confusion when looking at their website, so called and talked to someone there. She was very friendly and helpful, and I felt happy talking to her. I ordered online at that point, which was simple and straightforward. I got regular email updates about the order, they delivered on the day promised, and the response from my friend was wonderful.
