Home of the humping polar bears :) and turns out an excellent beer selection to boot! There were four IPAs on tap, and even a sour for some of our friends. Part of the gang grabbed burgers from across the street and were allowed to bring those meals into the Arctic to enjoy with their beers. The deck is an excellent way to take in the waterfront view—try to grab a table for sunset and you won’t be disappointed…tho it begins getting cold after that sun disappears!

Friendly place to have a couple of pints, shoot some pool or people watch from the outside area. Probably gets busy when there are cruise ships in port. It’s one of the many bars we hit when we are in town for a day before we go out to Thorne Bay fishing. They don’t have food but you can order from Burger Queen and they will deliver. The burgers are good. Always a great stop if just bar hoping after getting off the cruise ship.

This bar by far is the best bar we were at in Alaska for our cruise ship stops. If I was a local I would be here a lot. Great prices, the staff was awesome and Paula the owner rocks! We got food and it came from “Burger Queen” across the street, they deliver to the bar! Excellent burgers, hot wings and amazing fries. A must stop to wet the whistle and grab a bite when the ships food gets old!!!!!

Miss Paula, Miss Lola, and Miss Jess. The most amazing people I've ever met. I will definitely be back here no matter what. This bar is a must. Great people, amazing owner and Lola and Jess could not have been any sweeter. If you are in Ketchikan looking for a good time this is a must stop. Ask for the special shots from the Chicago friends. With great love... Mike and Tracy

Fun! Dogs wrestling on the floor, Salmon and Duck fart shots and Jessica keeping your drinks to the rim. If you want the atmosphere of a party. Semi-dive bar where everyone encourages shots.......this is your place. I missed the songs that are popular, but I heard their a tradition. If I get the blessing of time to return, this will be a stop at the top of my list.

First of all, I have no idea why people are complaining about this place. We were fresh of the cruise ship and went here. The bartenders were awesome, totally friendly. The locals were cool and the drinks were reasonably priced. I guess a local bar is what you make of it. $5 for bear balls with cheese is a good price even though deer balls are still under a buck!!!
