I was so excited to find the perfect Patagonia hat and even an outfit. My husband also found a hat and shirt. A few hundred dollars worth of clothing only to have a real life “Pretty Woman” moment and walk out empty handed. You see, it was a very humid day and us northerners (from Nashville) weren’t quite acclimated to the humidity. My husband was carrying around a towel because he was sweating so much. Actually, it could be low humidity and that is an issue. The employees decided to make some comments, amongst themselves, about it complete with pointing and laughing. The amateurs did it within earshot and sight of my husband. He is much more forgiving than I am and still wanted to make the purchases. Good display out front, went inside to try purchase anything to support a local business... Ask the person at the counter for advice and was ignored 2x while she was looking at on the computer then got her attention and I explained that I want to purchase literally anything and she was more interested in her computer.

I love this store. I've visited this store a few times while on vacation in Key West and it is awesome. They have an amazing selection of hats and different brands.
