Dear Owner, My disturbance? Hmm… Given the fact that I gave you no details of when I visited, and this review was posted a few days after my return home, I’m so curious to know which other poor customer you are referring to. First of all, no other customers were in the store besides me and my husband when we visited. Also, as I said, I was told very clearly that I may taste only one flavor. So seems the footage you reviewed couldn’t be me. 😢 Could you enlighten me as to what day and time I visited- if indeed- you did go through the trouble of reviewing footage? Or perhaps making up stories is a “clever” trick you learned on some “How to respond to Google Reviews blog”. 🤔

Original Review: Very poor service. Not greeted and not offered any help or samples as we browsed the selection. When I finally asked for some help deciding, I was treated embarrassingly when I asked to try more than one flavor so I could decide which TWO I wanted in my medium cup. She asked if I was having my husband's sample when I asked to try a second flavor, and it was made clear each person may only try one flavor. 😂 Not very helpful if you're a first time customer! 🙄The one I tried was mediocre anyhow, so we went down the street to Gladiator, got way better ice cream and THREE flavors for .50 cents cheaper than this placed wanted! Plus we were treated very warmly at Gladiator. Unless there is some kind of return policy if you don’t like the flavor you buy, which I doubt 😆, pass up the rude service and head a few blocks down for a much better experience and service, and you can quickly walk over and still enjoy your ice cream on...

If Rude and nasty was a person! In an attempt to treat my family to ice cream and patronize this establishment, we witnessed the lady serve customers before us and then opened a package of cones with her bare hands. There was zero hand hygiene performed. I inquired about what I witnessed, and the lady became defensive. I didn’t want to disappoint our children, so I instructed them to order cups. My 10 year old was the first to order, but the lady was “bucking” at him and and rolling her eyes. I asked her to please not be rude to my children and was told “you either order and deal with the way I am speaking….. or”. I didn’t stick around to hear the rest.

We stopped in for an ice cream cone at the beginning of our vacation on Sept 14 and the attendant did not stop her telephone conversation (wearing an ear piece) long enough to respond to our “hello” and “thank you”. On the last day of our vacation (Sept 16) we again popped in for an ice cream cone and upon entering the store found it empty. We called out and a different attendant came out from the back of the shop. We said hello and again no reply she made our cone, stated the price and no “thank you” or any words were exchanged.
