The sales person I had spoken with prior to this issue was kind, this review is towards the management of this location, or to whoever thought that doing this was a good idea.

Just Don’t waste your time like I did.

Their posted hours are from 9-9, so I took precious time out of my day to stop by to pick up a new timepiece for myself and my dad. After dealing with the horrible traffic, construction, and every other thing that could possibly eat up my time, I get there to find the doors locked. There were people there, but they decided that doing inventory that shuts down the store for over an hour in the middle of the day, rather than before (or after if your monsters) is nothing short of infuriating.

Maybe get a manager that cares about customer service, and the importance of being honest with your hours of operation. I mean, at least understand that you lost two guaranteed sales, and an innumerable number of...

I took an old Casio digital watch in for a new battery, which seemed like it would be straightforward to replace; the customer service reps were weirdly rude and brusque about it, at first saying they "couldn't fix this kind" and would have to send it away. One of them opened up the watch show me a plastic cover over a battery he said was impossible to replace due to it being so old, but he could sell me a new watch.

I declined and took it to Eastside Watch Repair in Bellevue, and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes.

There used to be an independent watch repair person here whom I would take all my repair and battery jobs to, but either they sacked him or he retired, and I guess we're left with these amateur clowns......

Don't don't don't go here! I have never wrote a bad review anywhere but I have to say this store has the worst customer service .... I returned jewelry and have not received my refund for the jewelry and it's been over a week. I was given a receipt showing the refund but they did not refund any of the money back to me as of yet. I have called many times being told nothing can be done and they will have the manager call me, which he or she has not. I'm pretty sure that when you bring an item back to a store to return you get your money back. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I guess not at this place.
