I ordered my flowers several days ahead of time and scheduled delivery for 1:30 pm. It was important for them to arrive in the afternoon because my partner was not going to be home in the morning, but they delivered in the morning. I contacted customer service to complain, but I didn’t receive an apology for the mistake. I would feel much better if they had owned up to the mistake and apologized instead of dismissing my compaint.   I was extremely disappointed about this delivery because this is my first valentine’s day with my partner. It means a lot to us. The cancellation of my order without my consent is not the way to resolve this situation, and I did not feel it was the appropriate way for your florist shop to handle customer expectations of trust on this special occasion. We had the most amazing experience with the ladies of Sweet Serenity bringing our wedding vision to life this past summer! The team worked with us to understand our aesthetic, venue, and overall experience we wanted to create for our guests on our wedding day. They went the extra distance to find the specific flowers, colors, and ribbons for all of the arrangements. They helped us brainstorm on style, made recommendations about flower types considering seasonality, and helped us stay within budget while creating stunning pieces. Jennifer & the Sweet Serenity team did the florals for our wedding last weekend and they did a phenomenal job! Their team was truly an all-hands-on-deck type of team, and helped with everything from styling tables to pealing labels off decorations which was a HUGE help when we were setting up. Jennifer really took my inspiration photos and color/flower requests into account, but we wanted to make sure they had creative freedom to make something beautiful and they did just that.
