What a lovely store! Brings back the good memories of Christmas all year round. We liked this place so much that on our last day we decided to make this our last shop to go to before heading home. The staff are always so friendly and happy which adds to the experience, however 1 staff member on this occasion didn't. I asked a staff member (she must have been about 75ish years old) about the cost of a ornament. She just looked at me, no hello or smile and after a long pause and confused look she said "what". It became clear that she didn't understand my scottish accent and that she seemed almost...fed up or didn't want to be there. So my wife, who Americans understand better stepped in. So she asked about the cost of the 'figurine'. She was met with a rather rude and condescending tone from this staff member, where she said "It's not a figurine, it's an ornament". It was like we offended her deeply by calling it a figurine, the tone was that bad that we just looked at each other, like....did that just happen?! We were both truly surprised at this reaction given it was a disney staff member. As they are always full of happiness. I know that it may sound petty to some, however this shop meant enough to us to choose this as our last shop before going home. She could have been having a bad day as we all get them. However, as such it put a small grey cloud over us given it was our last...

This was my first time at this store. If you or your kids etc love disney and Christmas this is a MUST. From the second you walk in the door you are fully surrounded by a true jolly Christmas spirit. They have everything. Clothes,pj's, toy trains, stuffed animals, ornament sets, single ornaments of every single thing you can imagine. They even do engraving on anything you want, and you can pick it up the next day or have it shipped to you with a "Disney Guarantee " incase something happens during shipping. And all this is just what I seen during a short walk through with a one year old.Prices were what you would expect for an official Disney store in a Disney built town aka Celebration, Florida. I still found the prices fair only because of the quality though. I would definitely revisit and highly recommend.The store is also beautifully decorated in different areas and the workers are dressed festively. They were adhering to Covid-19 guidelines like pros. They were keeping track of how many people in the store at all times with tablets by counting at the entrance and exit, so no overcrowding. They had plexiglass shields at the checkout counters and the option for contact less payments. I was very impressed with my whole experience. I brought home the most adorable Olaf for my daughter's second Christmas ornament, that I will use...

Step inside the store where it is Christmas 365 days a year. Combining two of people's favorite things, Christmas and Disney is brilliance. It is where you can purchase the perfect souvenir to hang on your Christmas tree commemorating your Disney vacation. Of course the store is beautifully themed. You can see over sized ornaments and Disney characters hanging from the Christmas tree ceiling to give you the feel that you are under a Christmas tree. In the corner of the store is a cozy fireplace covered in 101 Dalmatians.

In addition to offering every Disney character and ride you could think of in an ornament the store also offers ornaments to mark milestones like a new baby, engagement, or a wedding. Ornaments can be personalized to make them even more special. They can also be purchased for Disney events like Disney race weekends where runners can have their times put on their ornaments.You can also purchase stockings, tree skirts, lights, cards, nut crackers, plush dolls, figurines, and key rings.
