MAC Cosmetics — Local services in Lake Buena Vista

I stopped by the MAC store today to pick up a few essentials while on vacation. Out of the five associates two were super sweet. Both were super helpful with the customers, especially ones that were not super educated on makeup or their products. The one who rung me up seemed annoyed I didn't have my licensed discount card with me. I'm not sure why. Since it's a simple lookup. All in all my experience was good. I was surprised though at the lack of makeup talent I saw from some of the associates. Usually MAC seems to be more selective when hiring. I think it's important to have your makeup looking good so people want to wear the makeup you're selling and want to learn the makeup tricks you've displayed on your face. This wasn't the case...

First time at MAC, never used MAC products. But I have to share my incredible experience. Walked in there just to look, employee name Gisel approached me and asked me for help. She showed me products I was looking for as well as how to apply them. She was very kind, patient with me and understood what I need. She sold me a lot of products from skin care to makeup products to face wash. I will definitely be back and I will ask for her. MAC Cosmetics are great in general, but the best part of this location is the staff really works well as a team. They made our visit to the store a highlight of our Disney Springs visit. My daughter and I had just been to Sephora for a “Smoky Eye Makeover” and we left looking and feeling like clowns. We arrived at MAC during a huge rush (including 20+ unsupervised teens from Argentina), and even though too busy to ‘do’ our makeup for us... they set us up in chairs with brushes and all the products we needed to wash off the clown, and redo our makeup. They were sure to check on us every few minutes, made suggestions and helped us pick out a few items we loved....
