I've had one employee pretty much make me feel happy even though he did the best he could I still ended up getting the wrong piece I had to return it now I'm standing in line and see three employees when I'm checking out the return the other two I'm just hooking to another employee after three or four minutes go by then the other employee takes their it was a return I wasn't to issue with it but now I'm leaving a review because this is the third time that I was not happy with this store since this morning only I asked another employee where would I find the largest crimpers for 0 gauge wire they told me they would know they would have to get somebody for this department I waited there for 20 minutes and no one ever came so I gave up that's what I went outside and found out I purchased the wrong thing that would not work it just looks like to me that the people that are working here would rather talk to the other employees didn't do any work unsatisfied customer oh yeah I'm still in the store and see if they help me I don't know most likely they won't did you busy talking to each other employees here yeah just walked out same girl it was behind the register whenever I got in was now just standing there checking people out or helping them on their automatic checkout I couldn't even get you have a good day did you find everything you need because I didn't didn't find anything I needed and I was trying to look for help but no one would come I was just giving up about one thing and I don't even know if it's going to work I probably got to have to return it if you want something from the Home Depot you better know where it's at when I get no help yeah I went back to the store pick up one bolts the guy working in the aisle moving a ladder hit a buggy and hit me I told him it hurt and he went I needed some help me could even give it to me I would never go back Thank You Home Depot for making sure that I will never go to...

I’ve been to this store hundreds of times before, I’d consider myself a very regular customer since I buy all of the supplies I need for my customers here. I go out of my way too often to go here instead of any other home improvement in the area, but after today Im going to find a different store to spend my money at. I was at Home Depot today and after being followed around by several “secret shoppers” and multiple employees for over an hour, i was sick of getting treated like a thief for I’ve still yet to figure out a possible reason why. I’ve never stolen anything from this store in my life, actually I’ve never stolen anything in my life from anybody, simply because I was raised better than that and I can’t stand a thief. I finally decided to just checkout even tho I didn’t have half of what Intended on buying(I spent about $800 so it’s not like I was window shopping or just walking around the store for fun.) I treat everybody with respect even if they are rude to me, the little girl by the registers was so rude tho it’s hard to believe Home Depot teaches them to be so rude. What ever happened to manners? Or harassing people who are actually stealing stuff instead of the guy who spends thousands a month. Maybe watch the cameras better or hire “secret shoppers” that have some decent vision.
