Took my laptop in to have all my pictures downloaded to a TB thumb drive and have my hard drive cleaned up. Also had an issue with the start button sticking. Marshall called me the next day, said it was done. Checked the thumb drive when I got home, all my picture folders were on it, the folders where all empty! My heart dropped as this was years of family pics and vacations. I wanted a professional to download them as they were very important to me and I didn't want to mess up. I called him immediately but it wen to voicemail. I waited an hour then I took it back to his shop. I told him what happened, he tried to figure out what went wrong. I was leaving town and told him I needed it remedied asap. I called after a few hours, he didn't answer so I went back. I took my daughters iPad there to get fixed to get screen replaced. Very nice guys, very cool. But after a week , I come to pick it up and the screen was not put on all the way, it was falling off, so I asked him to please fix that. After returning it, and picking it back up the second time, the screen was still not intact, and he switched my home button and broke my finger print sensor. So now I can’t even use the home screen.
