I like the clothes in the store, my kids love the clothes, but we do not go here unless it's necessary (the kids need something from here)! Have you ever just wanted to walk in a store and see what they have, maybe check out the clearance areas, without being pressured to buy something? Not here, I get trying get make a sale, but this place is over the top! I went in to "look" at sunglasses, and didn't even have a chance to look at them. I was met when I walked in the store and next thing you knew I seen 3/4's of the store without getting to look at the one thing I wanted to look at. I had to thank them and leave. Last month my wife and daughtrr went in because my daughter needed a pair of shorts (one pair), by the time I walked it they had 4 pairs of shorts, 2 shirts, some accessories, and the lady was trying to get them to put a pair of shoes on layaway! My wife is not easily persuaded, but she said she didn't even have time to say no, and if she did the girl ignored her and put them in my daughter's hands. Of course our daughter wanted it all, and if it weren't for her birthday she wouldn't have gotten the shorts she wanted to get. I'm glad this girl got her sale, but there won't be a next, I can go across to AE or online from here on out. Keep that up and no one will want...

Will return to this store just due to its exceptional service. Mr. Victor Rivera helped me today. Truly one of the sweetest but yet businesslike people I have met.I work in the public as well and people are so quick to put a bad review but this is one of those times where I was impressed. I find out he is manager of store but then realized that all of his staff were just the nicest as well. This store deserves a 5 star rating and honestly I hope that me contacting corporate, they will receive something besides a pat on the back . It's nice to be appreciated but it's also nice when your employeer notices and does something back. Thank u for being so nice and I hope that being in retail treats u nicely. No service while browsing with my kids for my wife's birthday. We were in there to find numerous items for a good 15 minutes. Numerous people received arriving after us. I believe the sales associate at Dillards should send them a thankyou card for the $100's we spent there instead. This store really needs grownup supervision. Good luck if...
