Updated Review * Table arrived damaged. Before purchase, David and I thoroughly inspected the table and it was largely immaculate. The table arrived incredibly well packed and protected, almost to an absurd degree (Good job)
As the delivery guys unwrapped the table, we all noticed some damage at the same time. We all 3 agreed there was no way they caused this based on how it looked and given the time between them unwrapping it to noticing the damage being instant.
I called the store, Sean (assumedly the manager) is who i spoke to. Sean was incredibly dismissive of the damage and said I need to take it up with the delivery guys. He said he watched his in-store movers do the entire thing and that there was no way they caused it. Sean also says he has cameras all over the store to back what he says.
It was incredibly odd for Sean to be so dismissive. The damage is small (but real) and it is at the very base corner of the table's leg. Cameras have no chance of picking this up. A likely scenario is that the in-store movers had it on a wheel/cart thing and as they dragged it off, a corner caught the base of the table. This corner dragged to the edge, chipping the edge. No chance anyone casually observing, or cameras, would catch this.
On purchase day, I also observed the in-store movers damaging a black cabinet with the corner of a large mirror. No one said a thing, no one noticed it, besides me. That also struck me as odd.
Now to be clear, I think it's still a store worth visiting and shopping at. They have great deals. David & Tina were amazing, they have no control over this issue. I still consider myself very lucky to have found the table i wanted.
However, just know if the in-store movers cause any damages, the blame will be passed to the delivery guys. Sean's lack of integrity was surprising.
Initial Review - Unedited * David & Tina were incredibly helpful. I was lucky enough to stumble upon the exact table i was wanting to get from Arhaus. Very lucky day, happy to...
Read moreWe were so lucky to work with an amazing team at Arhaus! We had about a million questions and Amy L. helped answer EVERY single one. She carefully inspected every single item with us (16 pieces total) and referred us to an exceptional delivery company: Apex Logistics.
Amy gave me a handout with instructions to contact Apex, while she was ringing all the items up, I gave them a call. Despite being past normal business hours, Carlos answered my call! He asked for the delivery cross streets, number of pieces, size of the pieces, and reminded me to double check my house's door measurements before completing the purchase. Carlos was able to give me a tentative quote (based on the information I gave him, so be as accurate as possible and include any requests you have). I texted over a copy of the purchase order and address and specific requests, within 30 minutes, Carlos confirmed my delivery date and delivery window.
I was so glad Carlos reminded me to consider the doorway clearance because one of the items we purchased was the Deep Ashby Sofa, and it was an exact fit! We purchased everything on Wednesday and Apex was able to deliver a few days after; we were so excited to get our new furniture so quickly! Arhaus packaged everything so carefully in padding and plastic.
On the delivery date, Carlos sent a reminder that he was on his way. Their team was so professional and careful! They took their time to slowly unwrap the plastic and padding off every item. Once all the pieces were in, they called me over to see if I liked the placement; It was perfect!

Read moreI will say this, the Arhaus outlet is worth visiting. They have a large assortment of nicely discounted furniture. I purchased a desk here on 03/17 and picked it up on 03/18. The lady who helped me (Jill or Tina I believe) was very helpful, but had an issue when picking up the desk. When the desk was being loaded into my car by Arhaus employees, they dropped it about 3/4 feet onto the concrete, and it landed on one of the corners. They assured me it was fine, as it was wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrap - I should have checked it to make sure while I was there. When I got home and unwrapped the desk, there was damage to the corner where it was dropped. When I called the store, the manager told me that none of the employees admitted to dropping any furniture and that there was nothing he could do as once you paid, they are no longer liable for any damage, even if caused by their employees. It is unfortunate as this is the corner that is the most visible when placed in my office. I would recommend bringing help to move any furniture, or doing it yourself.
The first photo is the desk in the store, you can see there is no damage to that corner. Second photo is when I unwrapped the desk at home, clearly damaged from...
