But the I try your Family Reserve Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil And it was a life changer for me. It change my taste plate for extra virgin olive t and bring it to a whole different level for me. And I appreciate the team you guys have at the Lancaster to show and point out the differences of taste and pairing them for me. I using up my old brand first, but I use this one for finishing touches on my food and for dipping my bread. Thank can’t wait to get to your store at Lancaster and see you guys. Plus I got the watermelon fusion oil. I pair that with the basil balsamic. I use it to use to juice up my pork at the end to get all the burnt grease of my pan for a glaze. The made my pork to be good to perfect glaze for the pork. I also use for a salad dressing over the weekend at a party and it was the hit of the party.

While this would normally make selecting something more difficult, their help and guidance made me confidant I had selected the perfect "thank you" - Cranberry Pear Vinegar. They personally wrapped and labeled the gift for safety during transport (check in luggage)!! They also assisted me with materials to make a lovely presentation: uniquely beautiful gift bag, tissue paper, ribbon tie... I loved it! Best of all, the person who received the gift was very pleased and excited. She couldn't wait to try the Cranberry Pear Vinegar and expressed appreciation for it being such a healthy gift, too! We’ve been buying their oil and vinegar for many years. We received a coupon for 15% off our total purchase and decided to make the 30 minute drive to the downtown Lancaster store to stock up. We selected our items and took them to the register and presented our coupon. The man working there, whom I believe was the manager, told us the coupon wasn’t valid until the next say, a Sunday, during an open house event. We didn’t see this fine print on the coupon or we would have waited to make the long drive. We explained our situation and asked if he could apply the 15% discount to our order. He told us we would need to come back the next day. We paid and left, vowing never to return. Very poor customer service for a higher-end retailer. We will buy our olive oil and vinegar elsewhere...
