Waited 55 minutes for my food and was given to me Ice cold like they could just care less about their repeat customers,10 YEARS we went there!!!, no more!!! They don't run the place like former owners did!!! Sorry for you, won't ever see our money again. April 24, 3:44 pm. When line cook was asked where's are food? He replied IM BIZZY!!! I came to Las Vegas in 2016, the first year I arrived I heard about their food. I definitely placed them on my list of eateries. On November 13, 2022, I was excited to go there it was long awaited. I called and asked what was the latest time that an order could be placed, I was informed 8 pm. I drove all the way from Mountains Edge, a twenty minute drive via the freeway. When I got there to the food service area it was said, "if you want to order something, we're no longer taking orders." I then said, "I was told that you could place an order until 8 pm, it's 8:02." The employee then said, "right it's after 8." I said again, "it's only 8:02." The guy said once again, "right, it's after eight." For a restaurant that does not allow orders to be placed over the phone, I thoughtt that their hospitality was very inconsiiderate. I told the guy that it was my first time coming to do business and my last time coming to business. So much for a fish...

The Fried Catfish is Delicious!! Now WTBS, they have a little system where you order in the front of the store then go to the back and pay then go outside to wait for your food to be cooked and presented at a walk-up window outside. I don't have a problem with this system but I do have an issue with the people who wait outside are not wearing masks but are all over the place. They come close to your car talking to each other all the while not caring anything about Covid-19!! I know the establishment isn't responsible for what happens outside but it would be great if every once in a while someone would announce that if they're waiting on their food from there, that they would keep social distance guidelines in mind and stay 6 ft apart and away from people's car without wearing a mask.
